This policy applies to purchases made on the wickedwipes.ca website.

Our Commitment

At Wicked Wipes, we stand by the quality and eco-conscious nature of our hygienic hand wipes. Your satisfaction is important to us, but due to the sanitary and consumable nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

1. 10-Day Return Window

You have 10 calendar days from the date you received your order to request a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns (Crucial for Hygiene)

To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must be in its original condition, free from damage, wear, or any signs of use, and you must provide proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation email).

The Wicked Wipes Happiness Guarantee

As we currently only offer the 10-pack case, this is our brand promise and exception to our strict hygiene rules if you are dissatisfied with the product quality:

  • Only one (1) pod pack may be opened and used.
  • The remaining nine (9) pod packs must be sealed, intact, and in their original packaging.

Important Exclusion (Final Sale):

Due to strict health and hygiene standards, any opened product is considered Final Sale unless it qualifies for The Wicked Wipes Happiness Guarantee detailed above.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are exempt from being returned or refunded:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.
  • Used, opened, or unsealed products (outside of The Wicked Wipes Happiness Guarantee).
  • Gift cards.

4. Initiating a Return or Exchange

Before sending any product back, you must contact us to initiate the process:

Email us at returns@wickedwipes.ca with your Order Number and the reason for the return or exchange. If returning under The Wicked Wipes Happiness Guarantee, please state this in your email.

We will review your request and, if approved (based on the criteria in Section 2), we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an RMA will not be accepted.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customer Responsibility (Refund): If you are returning an unopened item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product and request a refund to your original payment method, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Wicked Wipes Responsibility: If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item), or if the return is made under The Wicked Wipes Happiness Guarantee, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Option for Store Credit (Free Return Shipping): If you are returning an unopened product because you changed your mind, we will deduct return shipping cost and provide refund as a store credit for a future purchase.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for return shipments, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@wickedwipes.ca

7. Damaged or Defective Items (Exchanges)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when you receive them. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at returns@wickedwipes.ca with photos of the damage. We will guide you through the exchange process, which includes us covering the return shipping for the defective product.
